A large well equipped kitchen with the living area having comfortable furniture and a dining room table to seat 8. Outside directly to the covered patio and BBQ with a table for that evening dining. The garage is large enough for 2 cars, all your mountain bikes, and also houses the washing machine. The space This is a comfortable home in a quiet safe area as well as being close to the activities like the Skyline, Gondola, luge, Mountain biking, Rainbow Springs, Canopy Tours to name but a few. Longer stays of a month or more with accredited people can be arranged at a weekly rate, please enquire directly with the property manager. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and garden within the fenced off area. Any extra guests after 4 are charged an additional $35 per night up to the maximum number of 10 guests The bed in the master bedroom is a Californian king and can be split into 2 king singles....please let the housekeeper know if this is required. There is a cot/mattress and hi chair available..you do need to bring your own bedding for this though.
