Beautiful 3 bedroom pool villa, just a short walk (250m) to the beach in Rawai. All 3 bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, king-sized beds and built-in teakwood wardrobes. The master bedroom is on the second floor and features a whirlpool, dressing/sitting room, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The space The villa features a very relaxing outdoor space. There is a large covered seating area just in front of the 32 sqm. pool that features two large couches. The sala opposite the pool even has a relaxing waterfall. Sit back and unwind all day at the house or enjoy all Rawai has to offer. There is a small secluded beach just 250m away that is perfect for collecting seashells, building sand castles, or just watching the long tail boats go by. Naiharn Beach, Rawai Beach, Ya Nui Beach, and Laem Ka Beach are all within a short 5 minute drive. Promthep Cape can be reached in 10 minutes. Dining options are everywhere. From the sea gypsy seafood market, to road side stalls, excellent international restaurants, and beach side dining you will be spoiled for choices. If you need help deciding, just ask. Most guests used about 250-300 THB per day. For guests staying longer than 1 week, you will have complimentary house cleaning once a week and new towels and bedsheets midway of your stay.
