Only less than 100 m from the crystal clear sea in Marina di Ostuni calls Patricia the inspiring, attractive Villa Ani its own. The light-filled, small cottage was just finished in early 2016. Designed by an architect, the vacation home enjoys a modern-medical style with its clear, puristic lines. The small garden, the lemon and fig trees, an olive tree and palms adorns, underlines the southern ambience and spread the relaxing scent of the white jasmine. Whether a cappuccino at the garden table in between or a good book on the sun lounger, you can relax on the porch. A simple, casual look characterizes the interior. The living spaces are in bright tones: white painted walls and a white open kitchen change with the pastel of the large fridge and the puddy cream of the dining table chairs. A large flat screen TV is attached to this. We offer the domicile in principle 4 for people. However, at your explicit request, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people. In the two bedrooms you will find built-in closets. The iron double bed looks airy with light. The oil painting depicted in New York comes from a Hundertwasser student. Sensory delights …! The domicile captivates with the generously designed roof terrace with refreshing sea views. A small cast iron bistro table with seating area invites you to have breakfast in the morning with a view. The sun loungers on the terrace also promise a good mood. A nice dinner with Apulian specialties by candlelight on the roof terrace, with family or good friends, the holiday finally makes the holiday a vacation. The freshly caught fish can be reached at the picturesque fishing port of Villanova, which you can reach in less than 10 minutes walk. There you will also find restaurants, pizzerie and bars, supermarket and pharmacy. The coastal section of Diana Marina is characterized by sandy beach coves framed by rocks.
