Suitable for families, events, parties or even just for a casual getaway from the busy urban city. The space The place comes with WiFi/internet. Smart Android TV is also provided for your entertainment like Netflix/Amazon Prime so that you don’t miss out your favourite shows or programme. Kitchen utensils for light cooking can be found at the kitchen area. Basic cutlery, plates and mugs are also provided. A bread toaster to make sure you don’t miss out the most important meal of the day. Towels, Bath gel & shampoo are provided also if you happened to forget packing them for your trip. Also do not hesitate to ask us for extra towels in case of you need them. Guest access Guest have access to the Outdoor Swimming Pool, Gym, Game Room (foosball & table tennis), Sauna, Playground, Basketball Court, Foot Reflexology and BBQ Place at level 7. There is also restaurants for you at the Ground Floor if you were to have a meal. Self service Laundry (fees applied) could also be found at the Ground Floor. Please do note there are 2 dedicated parkings for guests but only one (1) access card and one (1) set of keys that will be provided. There will be a surcharge of RM50/access card and set of keys. Other things to note A friendly request to clear up the rubbish if it’s full so that we have no pests or insects wandering around the place. There’ll be a reuse room next to the lift to dispose the trash. We also would really appreciate if the dishes are washed before you leave. Save electricity, let’s save our earth by going green and preserve electricity by switching off the air conditioners when they’re not in use. There will be a deposit of RM150 collected for guests staying less than three (3) nights. Guests staying more than three (3) nights will have an additional RM50/night.
