Villa Andrea is immersed in a panoramic garden with a beautiful purple bouganville plant and a tree full of excellent lemons. On the patio there is a table with chairs and a barbecue to enjoy your meals also outdoors. Villa Andrea has 8 sleeps, is fully furnished and has every comfort. You will be needing a car as you can’t reach the villa otherwise and you will find at the villa 2 parking spots available for you with no extra charge. If you have a car please make sure it’s not too large. The space The apartment is recently renovated. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen (fully equipped) and a spacious living room with fireplace. The outbuilding consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom. There’s free wi fi, parking for several cars, television, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. Guest access For kids can be added a cot. Pets are welcome. The heating makes the holiday in the Villa Ischia a real pleasure also during winter and fall. The rental fee includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas). Weekly change of linens is provided and the final cleaning is included in rent. Housekeeping, cooking, laundering, babysitting, driving to/from the house can be arranged for an additional charge on an as-needed basis.
