It has a large garden, balcony and a garage. •On the ground floor there’s a big living room with a a sectional full leather sofa on which 3 people can sleep. It also has AC, a fire place and SMART TV. There is a wine shelf so you can try some of the best wines (extra charge). When you open the door to the patio you can access the garden. •The dining room is connected with living room. Next to it is a fabulous green kitchen with everything that you need. Next to the fridge there is a small closet for extra plates, serving utensils... Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower-massaging cabin and next to it is a mirror closet. •On the first floor you can find a hallway which connects all bedrooms, main bathroom and the staircase to the second floor. Every room has AC, TV, closet and a desk. Each bedroom on this floor has an entrance to the terrace overlooking the beautiful pool and the main entrance to the neighborhood. •On this floor there is a main bathroom with toilet and shower-massaging cabin with other features such as special lights and radio. The bathroom has a bidet and luxurious jacuzzi tub with a big mirror. Also on this floor there is a walk in closet where you can put your clothes and find additional pillows, blankets, towels... • The second floor is a like a small apartment with TV, AC, big bed for two and a small equipped blue kitchen with sink. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower-massaging cabin. •In the basement for your entertainment there is a table tennis, soccer table and home gym. There is a laundry room with washing, dryer machine and a iron table also. •The villa is available for booking throughout the year and it is intended for accommodation of groups of tourists, business people, big families travelling abroad who are visiting Niš. Wireless high speed internet is available in entire villa. Follow us on social media @luxvillamitimago Guest access • Free parking is available in front the garage (2 cars). • The guests have the access to the whole villa (there are three exceptions one technical room on the second floor, one in the basement and the garage). • Guests can use the hot tub, just ask me to tell you how does it work. • Guests can expect other people in the pool area. Guests can use the pool like everybody else with a fee for sunbeds. Guests can have a pool access for themselves for a certain fee on a daily basis. Other things to note Some information details about the villa: • NO SMOKING INSIDE • Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of 500€ for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. • To ensure I keep the floorboards squeaky clean for my guests enjoyment, I have a no shoes policy inside my home. • To keep my costs down (and pass those savings on to my guests) I kindly ask that you switch off lights and electronics when you are leaving the house. • The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, I kindly ask you to place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin I have provided in the bathroom. • Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put away any dishes or used kitchenware in the kitchen sink. And put any dirty towels in the bin. It helps me get through my cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests :) •The garden has to be kept clean and there is a gardener to carry the normal maintenance during the stay. • Important phones: Police – 192 Ambulance - 194 Fire department – 193 In case of any emergency just call me straight away.
