We're at the doorstep of Central Texas attractions, including a quick drive to the Comal River in San Marcos where guests enjoy floating the river with a party atmosphere. Enjoy the music, shopping, and great outdoors in Wimberley, New Braunfels, or Gruene, Texas. Or choose to relax with outdoor cooking on our back patio with the Weber grill, Blackstone griddle, and Ooni pizza oven. Guest access You have the entire second floor and complete privacy, with no visible line-of-sight with the downstairs living areas. There is a mini-fridge with bottled water and a coffee maker and tea pot upstairs. You share the downstairs entryway with your hosts and have full access to the kitchen, laundry room, dining room, and front or back porches. Many of our guests cook meals in the kitchen or on the backyard grills. During your stay Your hosts are available for assistance if needed, but otherwise, we stay out of your way. You are welcome to use the shared kitchen, laundry, dining room, and patios. We feel completely at ease with guests in our home, so please relax and get comfortable. Other things to note You will be the only guests booked in the upstairs guest quarters during your stay. The house is carefully cleaned between guest stays. We have a cat and a friendly shitzu named Milo - with a gate that prevents them from going up to the guest quarters.
