Outdoor dining table on balcony with barbecue and sea views seats up to 10, and indoor dining seats 8-12. There is a front balcony with views to the hills to soak up the winter sun or have your morning coffee. The master bedroom has a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave and small appliances (rice cooker, toaster, electric frypan, coffee machine). Two TVs, DVD player, an assortment of DVDs, board games and novels. Set in the world-famous heritage surf beach of Middleton there is so much to do, or relax and do nothing but stroll to the beach each day. In the main living area there is a comfortable lounge with chaise, relaxing large ottoman, two individual swivel chairs and a large coffee table. All beds have dunas, pillows, mattress protectors and spare blankets. Linen is not provided; remember to pack your sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. If you do not want to bring your own linen, you can rent linen from Victor Harbor Linen Hire Service by pre-arranging this directly with the service https://www.victorlinen.com.au/ who can deliver to the door; on departure put all hired linen into their bags and leave outside the door for collection by their team. Free WiFi included. Netflix available if you have an account. Things to do in or around Middleton: Exercise your legs with a walk along the pristine beach to Goolwa's Kuti Shack (9km return trip). A short drive to Middleton township for the local IGA, bakery, Middleton Tavern, Pipi's Cafe, Middleton Chocolates and Ice-cream, or walk to Blues Restaurant - known for its fine dining and extensive wine list. Book a surf lesson or venture further to Port Elliot for an array of shopping and eating. Bring your bikes to enjoy the Goolwa National Reserve or ride to Victor Harbor on the bike trail. Take a ride on the Cockle Train (Steam Ranger Heritage Railway) from Goolwa to Victor. Sight some whales at Middleton during migration season. Roscoe’s Reserve is a 1-minute walk down the “secret” Banksia-lined path on Hero Avenue – perfect for little ones with a playground, oval and barbecue facilities. Important: This is not a pet friendly property, sorry. This is a no-smoking property. Tap water is good drinking water. The property has a septic system and no harsh chemicals can be put down the sinks or items other than loo paper placed in the toilets. We supply septic-friendly soaps and washing powder for your use. Minimum age of main renter is 25 years. This property is not available for schoolies celebrations, or as a party or function venue. There is a security camera located at the front of the property.
