(Please note that we have a 2 night ( minimum stay) It is ideal for a couple but can accommodate a further person using the sofa bed. A substantial north facing balcony with an outdoor furniture suite, spans the entire apartment with a sweeping views through to Melbourne central business district, 17 kilometres away. There are large televisions in both the lounge and bedroom and Foxtel is provided in the lounge. Free wireless NBN broadband is also provided. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment complex includes a 23 metre swimming pool with spa, a substantial gymnasium with all modern equipment and a sauna. All these facilities are free to guests. On the ground floor you will find the cafe/restaurant, Loco South for your morning expresso and a small supermarket for groceries. Only two kilometres to the east is the huge Southland Shopping Centre and two kilometres to the west is the beautiful Sandringham beach. There are bus stops in front of the building that will take you to Southland in one direction and the beach and Sandringham train station in the other direction.
