Our home is in a QUIET lake community. The lake is a five minute walk from the house, but the beach area is a five minute drive. There is no public transportation. If you have MOBILITY issues you MUST be able to climb stairs to enter the home and there are stairs to the basement. You must sign a separate HOA agreement that is required by our HOA. We do not have control over the weather, power outage, internet speed(400mgb) or the lake. We BLEACH the house between guests. (sensitive noses beware) The space The lakehouse has recently been renovated. New floors, new kitchen with microhood, the bedrooms have been freshly painted flat screen tv's, new carpet and new floors through out. It is located in a 90 acre private community on Robinson Pond in beautiful Columbia County. There are two private beaches just a five minute drive. You can walk to the lake to launch a canoe or kayak (no motor boats please). Bash Bish falls is a 15 minute drive as well as Catamount Ski Resort adventure park. The tennis and basketball courts, skateboard park are also a five minute drive. We have a gas grill on the property if you would like to grill. We have a smart tv bring your fire stick, we will be putting in roku boxes. We have DVD players as well as a nice collection of eclectic dvds and vhs movies. We have some games for children. Its a great cottage you can sit on the front porch and have your morning coffee or play games in the evening. We have A/C in the master bedroom, the living area and bedroom with the 2 twin beds. We have a fire pit in the backyard. We have a nice wood burning stove for those cold days it really warms the house and is nice to look at and if your are up there when it snows its even better.The inside and outside have been painted. It's just a great place to relax. There is no public transportation. The house will comfortably sleep 6 people.
