Residenza Oltrarno is a 200 square metres flat on the first floor of a nice '30 building, which can contain ten people up. It consists of a great central entrance with hallway, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 double living room and 4 balconies. Air-conditioning/heating and Internet Wi-Fi are free. The space Residenza Oltrarno is situated on the first floor of a beautiful building of the ‘30s and offers to its guests several spaces and amenities/comforts that meet all the needs of who want to feel like home when is abroad. The building is near the centre and just outside the ZTL (Trafic Limited Zone) town areas. The San Frediano bedroom has a king bed and two singles beds. The Santo Spirito bedroom and the San Niccolò bedroom have a king bed and a single bed each one. The capacity of Residenza Oltrarno is up to 10 people. Each bedroom is beautifully and carefully furnished. A relaxing and cosy atmosphere conveys the right comfort and quietness to let that every guest be feel at ease. All bedrooms are truly and completely silent, not merely because they have got double glazing, but also double windows which keep the secret of real rest. Each mattress is orthopedically type. The living area consists of two rooms which are respectively a dining-room (with an oval table suitable for 10 people where you can organize a wonderful dinner with your friends or family) and a living-room where You can spend pleasant moments on a comfortable sofa with chairs, watching television, just drinking a coffee or reading books and magazines. The bathrooms are two and are easily recognizable by their predominant colours: green and pink. The green bathroom is associated with the room overlooking the back garden (inside the building) and it is equipped with bathtub/shower. The pink bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine. Moreover, there is a spacious complete kitchen, equipped with all the tools (also oven, microwave oven and dishwasher) needed to prepare excellent lunches and dinners. Guest access Check-in: from 12am to 2pm. Communicate always your arrival time. It is possible to do check-in at another time with our agreement by telephone call or email. WARNING: there is not a reception open 24/h. We ask to the kind Guests to communicate us a mobile number for any case, because we are not always present inside the building. To make Your stay independent, on Your arrival, we will give You the keys of the street door,and the flat door. Check-out: at 10:00am our Guests are kindly invited to leave the apartment. The Tourist Tax of the city of Florence (IdS) is € 1,50 per person (from 12 years old up), per day (only for the first seven days) and it is not included in the rates.
