It is important that you take into account that although the accommodation has a certain capacity, from guest 2 onwards there will be an additional charge. Not including the correct number of guests will have a penalty per guest of double the initial value. We appreciate your honesty. You should know that there are external security cameras that allow you to view the outside of the house and the garage, which are considered common or open areas NOT private. It does not affect privacy at all but it is for the safety of the guests. We appreciate that you please do not throw toilet paper into the toilet as this causes blockages in the pipes and the arrangement would have to be assumed by the holder of the reservation. We leave additional towels for drying the body and face, so we suggest not taking them from the bathroom mat if possible, since the bathroom has a non-slip mat for that. If you need towels for the floor, please let us know so we can leave them for you. Recommendations: • It is a farm house, remember to have the necessary supplies for your stay. The municipality of Motavita is a 5-minute walk away, there you can find bakeries, supermarkets, and drug stores from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. approximately, but times may vary. • Pets are not allowed in the house. • You may not smoke or consume hallucinogenic substances inside the house or on the farm grounds. • Do not drink tap water. For that we have provided two jugs of pure water, one of which has hot water 24 hours a day. • In the drawers of the beds there are additional blankets, in case you need them, you can use them. • We have a gas heater, so that hot water comes out in the showers you must open the key on the left side. • Fireplace: If you want to light the fireplace you can do so by bringing your own firewood, please taking into account the corresponding precautions with the handling of fire. Do not leave the house or go to sleep leaving the fireplace on. • Television: The televisions have access to NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, YOUTUBE KIDS, among other applications. The TV in the living room is turned on with the black remote and if you want to access the Apple TV apps you can do so with the flat remote that is also on the shelf below the TV. • If you wish to have access to DirectTV please let us know. • Celebrations or parties can be held as long as they do not affect the neighbors or go against the National Police Code. • You can use the speaker that connects via Bluetooth with CMA3554 • In the clothing room there is a black tank where they can deposit the garbage, if they wish, since it only passes on Thursday nights and Friday mornings and it cannot be taken out beforehand. • If you need the service of someone to help you with cleaning and feeding, please let us know so we can put you in contact with someone we know and trust.
