We're family-run guest house located in Dilijan. Our guesthouse name is Jermatun meaning a greenhouse as well as a warm house in Armenian. We started Jermatun with hope and intent to blend both culture and nature offering the best of Armenian hospitality, culture and nature of Dilijan. We're located on top of the hill close to the "Drunken Forest". The space We love nature, wood and plants! Our property includes a big greenhouse and a garden. We designed a wooden terrace/balcony overlooking our garden where you can relax, have coffee, breakfast and read your favorite book. We want our place to be a place of serenity, love and calmness. Guest access - The cottage is a private suit located on top of our own house. It has a private entrance through the back yard and is completely private for the guests. There are no shared areas and the cottage as well as its private terrace overlooking our garden is exclusive to the guests. - We have a beautiful and big garden in the backyard, this garden is shared and not exclusive to guests. - Parking is free of charge and widely available. You can park near the entrance of our house completely for free in a safe and calm neighborhood. You can also park inside our house in a private driveway free of charge as well but you'll have to request in advance to ensure we have the space available. Other things to note - Our wooden cottage also includes a fireplace. We provide one free basket of wood every day. - Please be mindful while using the fireplace, always keep the fireplace door closed. If you're unfamiliar with starting fire then we'll be glad to help and show you. - The cottage kitchenette is well equipped with small fridge, microwave, electric teapot, wine-opener, glasses, plates and more but there's no gas nor burner inside the cottage for safety reasons. - Please be kind to humans, animals and plants within and outside the property :)
