The space Residenza Capri is a comfortable and welcoming holiday house situated at the second floor of a villa within a quiet residential area in Vicenza. The property is conveniently located for reaching the monuments of the historical centre and discovering the routes and the villas of Palladio (World Heritage Sites of UNESCO), as well as for naturalistic excursions onto Beric Hills and to Fimon Lake. The house is located 150 meters from the junction of the southern ring road and is a wonderful solution for people that need to reach Vicenza's Fiera or the highway to Padua (only 25 min), Verona (only 30 min), Garda Lake (45 min), Venice (45 min). The area is served by a pedestrian and bycycle track which comes from the centre of Vicenza and leads to the countryside (Noventa Vicentina); close by you can find many useful services: supermarkets, bakery, bars, pizzerias, pubs and ice-cream shops, newspapershop, pharmacy, self service laundry, bank, post office etc. . The interiors are lovely and welcoming: the kitchen is fully equipped and cozy, the bright living room is nice and provided with TV, ther are three bedrooms (each room has a ceiling fan), one of those is double, (total of 5 beds), the 2 bathrooms with toilets, bathtub and washing machine, a wide terrace and a nice garden with games for children. The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning and the set temperature in winter is 19/20 ° Celsius. In our structure there is no breakfast service, but we propose the use of the fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, electric oven and hob, blender etc; there is also a vast assortment of dishes and kitchen linens. Finally, for those who appreciate it, we point out the presence of a bar-pastry shop 50 meters as the crow flies from our structure.
