When renting you will rent one of these apartments: Casa Poente, Casa Suite and Casa Nascente (not available). The outdoor space, swimming pool, barbecue, garden and parking is shared by the 3 apartments, which is why events, parties or any kind of celebration are not allowed, so that all guests can enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
