The space Apartment Caserta Deluxe BIS Caserta Deluxe BIS is located on the mezzanine floor and has an area of about 135 square meters. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults + 2 children. The apartment has recently been totally renovated with valuable materials to make the guests' stay more comfortable. It has a large living /kitchen area, two refined double bedrooms with SUPER bathrooms in the room. The two suites both have a comfy sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The living/kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need. The private bathrooms for each suite are a "PLUS" of the apartment, they have a XXL size, are finely decorated and have showers for two. The equipped balconies are particularly appreciated by those who can't do without a cigarette :-) There is air conditioning and independent heating in every room. Free WIFI, minibar, safe, hairdryer, courtesy set, linen and towels, impeccable cleanliness. Outdoor parking on the street, or paid parking. The location is great, walking distance to the Royal Palace of Caserta, the train station and the center of the "movida Casertana". The area is full of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything that can be useful. An ideal place for a pleasant stay for leisure or work. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment. Public parking is possible at a 2-minute walk from the property. We have a convention of €10 per day (instead of €36). Or on the blue stripes in the street ( for a fee) or finally on the white stripes for free in the street. Other things to note The apartment is located in a strategic position, less than a 5-minute walk from the Reggia and the city center. The area is full of restaurants, shops, pizzerias, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
