Nestled in the heart of Playa Guiones North, the backyard of Casa Milo is a quiet oasis that faces the preserved area of National Wild Refuge of Ostional. Close to all the restaurants and shops, yet quiet, and a short walk to the most amazing beach ever, with an all year-round surf break. The space The house sleeps 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms: two main bedrooms with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed—a twin on top of a full—all 3 with en-suite private bathrooms; there is a half bathroom in the living room. All 3 rooms have ACs, plus two more in the kitchen and living room. The outdoor gas BBQ & full kitchen will have everything you need for a home-cooked meal, including a Vitamix & an Instant Pot, olive oil, salt & spices. Private security guard for the evening, alarm system, 2 security boxes, high-speed internet and back up cell internet, front load washer & dryer, 5-filter water purification system for the whole house, splendid mattresses, high ceilings, glass doors to enjoy the jungle view with curtains and blinds, a saltwater pool with a deck & private parking. Please note we live here full time. Our things are neatly put away in suitcases & plastic bins high up on top of the closets, which will be empty for your convenience. Guests such as monkeys, coatis, and iguanas pass through its backyard and its tree canopy once in a while. The interior of the villa was designed by Sofia Interiorismo, a local and women-owned business that custom-makes its furniture and employed local artists and crafts people to give the house its soul—a jungle oasis with the comfort of home. Other things to note Housekeeping, pool cleaning, and gardening services happen twice a week and are included in your stay, as well as private security guard 5-9 pm daily. If you are planning to stay local in Nosara and Pelada, a golf cart is an easy and fun way to get around (remember to rent in advance!) At Casa Milo we have a cruiser, two smaller mountain bikes, one kids bike, and one balance bike you are welcome to use, as well as a skateboard and a scooter to enjoy the new skatepark just up the road! If you would like to explore Sámara and other beaches around, renting a car is best.
