The third floor area has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a master bedroom and bathroom suite. All bedrooms offer an exceptional *NEW* mattress, for a perfect night's sleep. 3rd Floor - King Bed, Queen Bed, Bunk Bed with Trundle 1st Floor - Sleeper Sofa Parking Space in front of the garage can easily accommodate 3 cars. The oversized washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor. Vacationing at our home puts you at the heart of Bethany Beach. Short drive to Fenwick, Rehoboth, and Ocean City MD. Our unit also gives you access to a community pool along with a private crabbing pier! We hope you enjoy this location as much as we do. Please don't hesitate to ask us for assistance. Guest access Pool and private crabbing pier is available. Other things to note We have keyless entry. The code and house number will be sent to you on the day you check in. The pool is opened from Memorial Day (5/29) to Labor Day. The house has brand new carpet, laminate, and mattress so please care for it as it is your own! Please keep all shoes by the entry way. No shoes in the other rooms and floors. Garbage gets picked up on Mondays. Bins need to be put out on Sunday night or Monday morning. Must be put back into the garage no later than Monday evening. You will need to bring your own blankets or comforters. The quilts on the bed are strictly for decorations only and need to be removed. There are 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full bunkbed, and 1 twin. There is a pull out couch with a queen size mattress as well. We have 2 large flat screen TV’s in the house. We use streaming services only in the house. - NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a doorbell security camera, located next to the front door, facing out towards the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces - There are NO PARTIES ALLOWED! We are in a quiet, tight-knit, community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the Police and to us! Immediate eviction with **NO REFUND** will result if there is a party on the property.
