The apartment was completely renovated in 2019, as you can see on the photos...and is located in Playa Las Americas, on the third floor with elevator, and has a frontal and beautiful sea view. A few steps from the apartment there is the Safari shopping center and all its wonderful shops. Playa Honda Beach is at only 300 meters away. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, new bathroom with shower, completely new kitchen equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle and everything needed for cooking. The living room has a sofa bed for one person, wooden furniture with LED TV. And some foreign channels ( English, French, Spanish, Italian) . Both in the bedroom and in the living room there is a Chandelier-fan, very comfortable on slightly warmer days. The terrace has a front sea view and is equipped with a table, chairs and awning. The apartment is also equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, bed linens and towels needed for your stay.. The swimming pool has been renovated a few months ago and is completely free for all guests of the condominium. The beach is only 300 meters away !!! The location is very central. A few steps away you can find a lot of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and the famous Safari shopping center with its beautiful shops. FREE, Private and unlimited WI-Fi for my guests inside the apartment !!! .Not shared with other guest of the building. Guest access Check in is included in the price until 8,30 pm. From 8,30 to 23,59 there is a small fee of 20€ for the person that will give you the keys and the necessary information( my assistant). After 23,59 the fee is 25€.
