Welcome to our lakeside cottage! We are located on Lake Eufaula only 10 mins north of McAlester, OK. Feel free to bring your boat. We have plenty of parking space. There's a boat ramp located less than 1 mile away. Enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch. Includes waterfront access. Water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. Our cottage sleeps 6. Upon request the king size bed can be converted to two xl twin beds. The space This is a 700 sq ft home with high ceilings making it feel more spacious. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, large closets with drawer space and a well appointed kitchen. Other things to note Pets are allowed-we just ask you follow a couple of rules. We are pet lovers ourselves and understand how hard it can be to leave your furry friend behind. Notify Host at the time of booking if you are bringing your pet. Please crate when left alone. Pets are *not allowed on the furniture*. Pet hair is extremely tough to remove from bedding and upholstery. To maintain our high standards of cleanliness for all guests and to continue to allow pets, there is not an exception to this rule. If needed please bring your own materials to protect the furniture. There is a small fenced area. The neighbor does have outside dogs in a fenced yard and they do bark. The entire property is on a hill. It is a rather steep climb to and from the water. As one guest stated, the walk down isn’t bad but the walk up will test your health. Firewood is provided for the fire pit. Charcoal grill-charcoal not provided, please bring your own. In the Kitchen- Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, lemon pepper, meat tenderizer, salt and pepper Regular & Decaf Coffee and a variety of hot teas and cocoa Regular and French vanilla coffee mate powder creamer Sugar and flour We provide starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer stays you may need to bring or purchase extra.
