Welcome to TITIAN OMBAK. Your group will have complete privacy and access to 2 separate villas: a single-storey brick house and the other, a quaint single-storey wooden chalet. Both houses are linked via a covered parking driveway. Each house comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 pax. From the patio of the brick house, you have an elevated view of the pool and will take in a calming view of the Straits of Malacca sea, balmy sea breeze included. You have direct access to the beach from our backyard. The space The property is situated in a lovely laid-back fishing village called Kampung Telok Pelandok, located just 12 miles outside Port Dickson town (Port Dickson @ Batu 12). The property is located between Telok Kemang and Pasir Panjang. On this 1 acre of private land, your family/group will have complete privacy and access to both houses. The brick house has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living/dining area, a full-size kitchen, 2 patios, and pool in its backyard facing the sea. The wooden chalet has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, its own living area, and its own outdoor terrace and backyard. Each house can comfortably sleep 6 -8 people, all the 4 bedrooms and all living spaces are air-conditioned. Take note that our property can accommodate up to an absolute maximum of 15 guests only (adults and children, excluding babies up to 2 yrs old) to sleep, by using the extra mattresses provided (subject to additional surcharges of USD10 per person per night, if more than 12 pax - pls refer to our pricing terms). We provide a barbeque grill and another BBQ area, and a 4-feet deep swimming pool within the property grounds, for your private and exclusive use. You have direct access to the beachfront from our backyard and, if you walk along this beach at low tide, you will get to a small fishing jetty just 150 metres away. There is a restaurant at the jetty which serves various local and international cuisine from evenings to late night. Walking further up the beach around 800m, you will arrive at the 5 star Lexis Hibiscus Resort. The location and surroundings of the property are safe, and the village folk are helpful and friendly. You will find it ideal to cycle around the village, exploring nearby Pantai Dickson (where most set up camps), the Palm Springs Golf Resort, an X-Treme Park, and the Eagle Ranch Resort which is a further 2 kms away heading towards Pasir Panjang town. It is also possible to cycle the opposite direction from the property, towards Port Dickson town (10 kms away) whereby you will pass by the famous Blue Lagoon, popular beaches of Monkey Bay, the Cape Rachado lighthouse (where the famous Bukit Batu Putih peak point is situated - much recommended to do an easy hike here), all around 5kms from the property. There is plenty of nature to enjoy when you stay here and, to make your stay memorable, we advise you to read and observe the safety measures stated below. We welcome your group to immerse yourself in the nature, rural and outdoor surroundings at TITIAN OMBAK, and take advantage of your brief respite from the hustle bustle of urban city life! Guest access Access to both houses, our private pool, the entire one acre grounds and direct beach access from our backyard. Activities provided on site: WiFi connectivity, 4-feet deep swimming pool, a variety of balls, a self-assembling goal post for the lawn or for the pool, drum barbeque set (with free charcoal upon advance request), skewers & tongs, a foldable table with Stools (for camping and BBQ), 4-seater outdoor garden chairs & bench + table, patio seating set, a hammock, one camping tent, badminton racquets & shuttlecocks & full-size net, Congkak set, Carrom board, variety of board games, a frisbee, child floats for the pool, and playing cards. We also have a library collection of various children, fictions and other misc. books. Other things to note We advise you to not feed the monkeys, which are occasionally seen roaming around the village, or from trees adjacent to the property. As such, all windows should be closed whenever you are out, to prevent any monkeys from food-hunting in the house. Pls be aware of mosquitos starting from sunset. Do close the main entrance gate at all times to prevent stray chicken, cows, dogs etc. from entering the grounds. Do be mindful that coconuts may occasionally drop from the Malayan Tall species 50-year old coconut trees in our backyard, when their fruits fully mature (around twice a year) hence do not risk sleeping underneath these trees. Lastly, pls be alert, mindful and respectful of the existent flora and fauna which is part and parcel of your experience here. Note that due to the Covid 19 situation, we have increased our cleaning efforts to ensure that all areas within our property are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected, both before and after any check-ins. We also provide hand sanitizers in the house for use during your stay.
