Sit on your lrg 10x14 deck and listen to the birds sing and gaze from above into the beautiful woods. This is your space to feel alone and amongst nature. Behind your loft look out to the magical woods and enjoy a fire at the bomb fire pit or let the kid loose in you and swing on the architectural swing set. The space Oasis away from the city clatter. Casa Tica is on an acre of beautiful Oaks and stunning moss covered trails. It will not be unusual for you to spot deer, wild turkeys and beautiful bird life right in your back yard. Casa Tica has an open floor plan Living Room, kitchen and king bed in one big room. Kitchen has industrial stove and anything you may need to cook with. Be sure to look under the island where pots and pans are stored and microwave installed. There is bunk beds in a small bedroom if you have little ones joining you on your retreat. They will have their own sleeping privacy. Deck has beautiful view of woods and nature. Weber grill for BQ enthusiasts. Dinning table and sitting area. Guest access Casa Tica is on an acre lot. Feels private and secluded. Be sure to bring Bomb Fire wood for your BF pit. Stars are incredible at night. Swing high on the adult swing set. Little ones enjoy as well! The outside shower is rustic and dreamy. Runs thru December with hot water. During cooler months bring a cozy bathrobe to keep you warm on way to and back from shower. Love showering and looking up at the stars. Indoor bathroom has a large pink Kohler claw tub. One of a kind. Taken off the design floor from the Merchandise Mart. Enjoy.
