Your area is a one bedroom with private bathroom to include shower. Kitchen includes air fryer/microwave combo, toaster oven and apt refrigerator. You will have a private entrance, 12 step down to apt and 1 parking spot. We can provide a comfy queen size aero mattress for 2 additional people. There is a full length sofa and love seat which can be used for additional sleeping areas. We have provided a water and food dish for dogs. Disposable bags are located at exit door for our furry friends. The space Our home sits on approx 3 acres in the country. The guest area is accessed through a private entrance off of the garage. There is a lock box allowing for self check in. We will message you with details prior to arrival. ***There are 12 steps to reach the basement apartment. Your kitchen included dishes, coffee mugs, glasses and silverware. The bathroom provides fresh towels and wash cloths. Shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom has a queen bed with dresser. If requested we will add aero mattress, linens and pillows. Living room has a full length over sized sofa with loveseat. Flat screen Roku TV is hanging on wall, and you will find some family games in cabinet. Guest access You can take a walk along our beautiful and quiet country roads. We have provided an outdoor sitting area to enjoy the view. Hollywood Casino is less than 5 minutes away. Hershey Park is approx 15 minutes from us. There are two Italian Restaurants less than 2 miles away and numerous other great eating options within 10 minutes. Historical Hershey is 8 miles away and provides great eating and shopping options. Hershey/Tanger outlets are 15 minutes from our location. Harrisburg city is 15 miles away and Lancaster Amish country is about an hour away, both providing endless opportunities for entertainment. Other things to note Dogs are permitted if they are well behaved, quiet and cleaned up afterwards. We provide dog clean up bags located inside exterior door and ask that pups use grassy area in front of parking spot. Attention: We have 3 dogs and want to inform you that there may be occasional barking while the dogs are playing, but, we will do our very best to quiet them so you may enjoy your stay with us.
