Comcast Xfinity TV is provided in the bedroom and living room as well as superfast Internet. For frosty nights fire up the Vermont Castings wood stove for a cheery warmth and ambiance. All appliances are new including stove exhaust fan (vents outside for spicy cooking) As well as an ice maker in the new LG refrigerator. The water is from our own well and is most excellent right out of the tap. No chemicals and very soft with just a hint of mineral. The clothes washer and dryer are available. They are situated in a utility room off of the bathroom. A private hot tub is available for guests. Kpod coffee/ Creamer provided. Guest access Entire apartment, private deck/hot tub and driveway. Guests are free to walk around the bucolic setting (next door is a horse farm) and enjoy themselves. Other things to note If you have a boat no problem, there is a mown field next door to park boats and RVs. Boats like Rangers are typically parked in front of the house to charge trolling batteries. The location is very secure no need to worry about your expensive gear.
