Maximum three cars No drop-in /day guests The space Very quiet and tranquil landscaped country setting. Property backs up to the Pudding River providing even more privacy. Guest access Guests have access to entire house, pool area and acreage. Maximum of three vehicles only - no exceptions. No drop-in or day guests allowed. Other things to note *Even though the house sits on about seven acres, this is not a "party" house and guests need to be respectful of neighbors regarding noise, etc. Excessive noise is subject to immediate eviction. *This is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE AND NON-SMOKING FOR THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. VIOLATION IS IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND $500 - $1,000 ADDITIONAL FEE.
