"La Sosta" is a luxurious glass bungalow, directly on the beach of Acquaseria, for romantic stays on the lake. Of very recent construction, with attention to the smallest details with customized furnishings, with a modern and clean design, it has every comfort: from the hi-tech kitchen to the living room with large windows, from the magnificent external pergola to the bedroom with attached bathroom, equipped with a luxurious shower cabin. There is no shortage of private parking, garden, air conditioning and wi-fi! The space "La Sosta" is suitable for two people. The Bungalow is located in the center of the magnificent garden. The floor plan of the structure consists of a very moderate living room, where the kitchen is also located, equipped with an island, separate from the sleeping area, more intimate and reserved, through the corridor, cleverly equipped with cabinets and functional niches. Except for the bathroom, you can access the garden directly from each room. Guest access Guests have access to the large garden. Other things to note Check in time is 16-18. Early check-in and late check-in must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. In Italy, it is mandatory to provide the Property Manager with a copy of a valid ID (ID card or passport) in order to register the stay. Check-in is SELF check-in only with regard to the methods of collecting the keys: the identification of the guest for the purposes of registering the documents is de visu, as required by the Police Headquarters (notice 11/22/2024). Entry instructions will not be provided to those who decline identification. Check out time is at 10am. Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability (can be charged).
