The space A full finished basement with one bedroom and family room with a queen-size futon and working wood fireplace. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Private bathroom is upstairs with a tub and shower. Full access to the whole house and deck. 10 minutes to the Big House and U of M campus and 5 minutes to EMU. I live in southeast Ann Arbor close to all major freeways. Off street parking. Internet and cable are included. I am upstairs with two medium size dog who are really sweet and mellow. They are not allowed in the basement. Also on the bus line - close to U of M, Eastern Michigan University, Concordia College, St. Joseph's Hospital and Washtenaw Community College. After a full day of excitement come home to a relaxing quiet neighborhood. Guest access Guest have full access to the upstairs. There is a full stocked kitchen and family room. The stairs to the basement are right by the garage door, so I supply a garage door opener for easy entrance to the basement stairs. I provide a refrigerator in the garage which is totally the guests and a pantry shelf in the kitchen for their food items. Other things to note Although I accept weekend reservations, I prefer long term guests.
