The apartment is located in a quiet area in the district of Bohemia. The property has an area of 80m² and comprises a large living room of nearly 50m², a kitchen fully equipped, a bedroom with kingsize bed and an adjoining bathroom. - Garden facing to the south - There is Internet / WiFi - TV set 55" curved with Netflix - Audio with Spotify - There is free parking and a tram stop is 3 minutes walk (line 3) - Beach and dunes are within walking distance. - 2 bikes are available The space The space is not a vacation home. It is the space where I live when I am at home. It is fully equipped with all the necessities to make it as comfortable as possible to myself. So when I am not there you have the possibility to enjoy all the comforts. The only thing you have to do is make your reservation!! Guest access The apartment is completely yours during your stay.
