Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival. HOUSEKEEPING: Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.   The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. Please be aware that access to lanais will be restricted 24/7 during this project. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. *** Upcoming Projects: The Pacific Monarch will replace windows in the recreation and sauna rooms (September–October 2024, 2-3 weeks), modernize elevator equipment (September 2024–March 2026, one elevator out of service for 6 months), and install new lobby tile flooring (September–December 2024, 3-4 weeks). All work will occur M-F from 8 AM to 4 PM. Future projects may include fire alarm upgrades, generator re-wiring, and door lock replacements starting in 2025. Pool Closure: The Pacific Monarch will be resurfacing the pool starting November 25, with an expected completion date of February 14, 2025. Please note, that the start date is tentative and depends on the progress of the spalling project. The closure period may also be extended if additional time is required for the work. During this time, the pool will be closed to guests, and alternative arrangements may need to be considered. We encourage residents and guests to plan accordingly and stay updated on any announcements regarding the reopening date. We appreciate your patience during these improvements.
