The childrens playground and community village green is a couple minutes walk from the cottage which is ideal for dog walking and entertaining the children. PROPERTY NOTES - Sleeps 7 by arrangement only (Maximum 6 adults) - due to sleeping configuration using the sofa bed only. Bunks are not suitable for adults. - Bedroom 3 is accessed via a separate set of stairs (May not be suited for younger children) • We would respectfully ask that dog(s) are not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.
