The living areas are open plan, with a large living room with sofas, TV and a fireplace open to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs , there is an additional TV area with sofas and home cinema. WiFi throughout. Large glass and iron doors open out to the garden and swimming Pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and chairs to relax in. The garden is walled and to the rear of the property and so very private and quiet. The garden continues the modern style of the house, yet with local traditional plants, such as lavender, a 100yr old olive tree and a palm tree. The outdoor space has several shaded areas, and outdoor dining tables and chairs. There is a covered outdoor bar with fridge, dishwasher, sink, outdoor gas grill and bbq. For activities outside, there is a Ping Pong table and Petanque pitch. Off street parking is available although there is lots of spaces available on the road outside the house.
