This house is located in a stable and diverse neighborhood near the PACE bus line and the Metra Rail line. Route 208 goes directly to Oakton Community College; it stops at Golf Mill Shopping Center and Old Orchard to end at the Evanston CTA station. Route 221 is 2 blocks away and takes one to the Blue line CTA station at Rosemont. The Cumberland Metra Station is a 10 minute walk from the house for a straight comfortable ride into downtown Chicago. There are parks within walking distance. The space The bedroom is large and well lighted, but can be darkened by shades for privacy and rest. Closet is not prepared for guest use, but if desired one may hang up a few items. Guest access Guests will have use of the master bedroom and bath. They will be able to access the kitchen, the TV room and the laundry in the basement. Outside is open, but not prepared for entertaining guests. During your stay I am usually on site, but may occasionally be away from the house. While here please call rather than text. Other things to note Parking in the driveway is available for 2 cars without blocking each other in. Additional parking will require coordination among the drivers. Street parking is also available . Please coordinate before parking in the driveway. The street is safe to park.
