This spacious 2000 sq/ft home has a comfortable living and resting area that can accommodate a relaxing day, a working day, or anything in between, all while being close to the most iconic parts of the beautiful Austin, TX. The room includes a full-size 10" memory foam bed with fresh linen and access to typical living accessories (i.e. hairdryer, iron). *This listing is a bedroom with shared bathroom with 2 more rooms* Wifi (300 mbps) besides a space in each room perfect for home office. A TV with Amazon Fire Tv included ( is in the common areas) In addition to the room, guests also have access to a spacious and beautiful living area with TV. All appliances (including microwave, blender, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests and if you need help feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house except other guest's rooms. Common areas that guests can access include the living room, dining room, and backyard. All guests will be provided with a 4-digit passcode to open the front door right before arrival. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us whenever through Airbnb, text, or call.
