This flat has 2 double bedrooms (king and queen size beds), each opening directly onto a terrace. The sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 more guests. There are also 2 bathrooms both with a shower. The living area is an open space that includes a modern kitchen, both with direct access to the main large terrace with a direct view of the sea while the other looks over the village rooftops of Minori to the mountain peaks above. On request, we can provide 2 twin beds in the bedrooms. The space The apartment is situated in the center of Minori, less than 1 minute's walk from the beach and bus/taxi station and less than 2 minutes walk from the ferry dock to easily visit all the towns along the Amalfi Coast, including Amalfi and Positano and Capri as well. Please note that, among the many amenities, the apartment is also equipped with washing machine, internet, air conditioning and heating and dishwaher. The apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) and there is also an elevator up to the 4th floor, so only about 20 steps to climb. Other things to note The following fees are NOT included in the daily rates: Parking space available starting from Euro 20 per day, per car (depending on size car and period); City tax = Euro 2 per person, per day; Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM. For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm an additional fee of €30 will be charged. For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm the fee increases to €50. Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.
