Authorization : iun.gov.it/P1050 The space The house consists of living room (dining area and relaxation-tv area), full and equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (max 8 beds). Large outdoor beachfront living room with grill, dining area and relaxation. All accessories are present (including wi-fi). In the sleeping area, air conditioning and mosquito nets. A few steps and you'll be at the beach, in the hot tub area (optional), or the new saltwater beachfront pool. Guest access Excluding the small area of the guest house, access is allowed throughout the property. Other things to note - Reservations are a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Wherever possible, we will try to be as flexible as possible. - Linens for the stay are provided upon arrival. Change is weekly - 20mc of water and 70 kwh of energy per week are included in the price. - The final cleaning (mandatory) has a cost of €200 and is not included in the price. Must be paid upon arrival -The additional amenities (jacuzzi, personal chef, cleaning during the stay, etc.) are extra to book. They only pay on site. - a security deposit of €1000 in cash is mandatory at check-in.
