Our 4 bdrm home is kept obsessively clean and is updated to include quartz countertops, a new bathroom with jacuzzi tub, rain shower head, and more. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the west side of Madison, five minutes from everything you need + 5 mi. from downtown. Kid/baby friendly. Kids toys/books organized (neatly) in home. Option to rent entire home, or alternatively a handful of rooms while one of us is on-site in 1 bdrm. Message us to inquire about what option is best for you! The space With three floors you can spread out if you want, but can come together nicely on the main floor to hang out, share meals, and watch TV. Our kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook incredible meals and you have access to our spices and oils. Our beds are either TempurPedic or are made from high end memory foam, so you can be confident in a good night's sleep. While we only have 4 "official" bedrooms, our home has plenty of room for a couple of air mattresses allowing large groups. The 10 foot "L" shaped couch has also been known as an epic place to call it a night. We have four little kids so it's very kid friendly, but we "tidy" the place up to make it awesome for adult only guests too. We have newer, large washer and dryer to allow you to pack as light as you want to. We also recently installed a tankless water heater meaning you will never run out of hot water and there could be two taking showers and one enjoying the 120 gallon jacuzzi tub and no worry of having cold water. We take our recovery seriously so we have a massage table, foam rollers, and other recovery tools that you can use. If you want to have a massage therapist come to the house just let us know and we can refer you someone. No other video or audio recording devices at are the home. Guest access Pretty much the entire house is accessible, we would ask you refrain from going into a few of the closets, and there isn't a ton of room in the garage to put stuff, but if you can find space you are welcome to.
