Our holiday home, located in the quiet resort of Grigoleti, is surrounded by pine trees and is just 2 minutes walk from the beach. This is a holiday home, equipped with everything necessary for a family or group of friends. We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous. The space The house is located directly 100 meters from the beach, just 2 minutes walk. This is a two-story house with a mansard. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The front terrace is the best place to enjoy your morning tea/coffee or spend pleasant and warm evenings. Bathroom is also on ground floor. Wooden stairs lead to the second floor, where the bedrooms have wooden floors and ceilings, which together with thermal insulation allow the house to breathe and cool it on hot summer days. The two front bedrooms have a shared balcony overlooking the front yard. In the attic we have one additional bed and more space to chill out, socialize, play board games or spend rainy days and evenings in a cozy atmosphere. The house is mainly furnished with locally produced wooden furniture. In the front yard, we have a stone table with two stone benches, outdoor shower hose, and a parking place. This house belongs to our family, we spend summer holidays here with our children, but we rent a house when it is free. We rely on rental income to renew the house and keep it as a cozy and comfortable place for families, so during your stay, remember that this is not a hotel, you live in someone’s house and try to keep it clean and tidy (we provide cleaning before arrival) NOTE: the yard is not fenced; tap water is not drinkable. No central heating Guest access The house is fully rented. Our guests will be able to have full access to the house. Car parking is available on the front yard. Two sun loungers are available for our guest for free for the beach and hammock in the yard OTHER SERVICES for extra charge: Beach towels - GEL30 per towel per stay. Other things to note Upon request, we can organize transfers from airports and train stations. We can also organize sightseeing, adventure and ethnic tours with tea and wine tasting and such.
