Quiet, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. My home is a raised ranch style, and the entire lower level is where you will stay. There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds and the other has a queen size bed. One bath. There is a private living room, kitchenette, and shared laundry. Discounts available for longer stays. No smoking and no pets. I have 2 cats, but they are kept out of the bedrooms. Our town is right on I-90 half way between Rochester and Buffalo. The space Even though we live upstairs, do not be concerned that we mind hearing voices, laughter, etc. We love it. It's like having family at home again. The only thing that can get annoying is music, movies, talk shows, etc. That's why we have the headphone rule. We are less than a mile from restaurants, stores, and the library. Less than 2 miles from Genesee Community College. We are 15 miles from Six Flags at Darien Lake. Batavia is the home of Batavia Downs and the well-known Batavia Bootery. Guest access Guests have one entire level of the home to themselves. The only shared area is the laundry. I will use the laundry only when guests are not on site. Other things to note Headphones must be used with all electronic devices. The people living upstairs should not be forced to listen to your choice of music, movies, talk shows, etc. The laundry is a shared space, but I will only use it when guests are not on site.
