The house is only 5 minutes walk from the beach. About 9 km away is Cefalù, while in the nearby Madonie you can visit the municipality of Castelbuono (30 min.). In 45 minutes you can reach Palermo. The house is a 1st floor apartment (with stairs) of a villa in residence. You'll love the location: between the sea, to the north, and the mountain to the south and a breeze that mitigates even the hottest summer. My house is suitable for couples, sole adventurers and families (with kids). The space The apartment is part of a two-family villa and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, a loft with two beds, a covered terrace and on the ground floor a garden of about 100 square meters with a gazebo. The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, while by car in just 15 minutes you can reach the mountains, on the Madonie. Guest access The pool is only open in July and August
