Our beautiful home is the perfect place to gather with friends & family, relax, refresh, fish, have fun with your loved ones. It's the perfect home away from home with great views of the lake and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Stunning views of the lake while grilling or the firepit from the completely upgraded patio & the hot tub 🥂 🐶Up to 2 furry babies are allowed & they'll love the almost 1 acre fenced-in yard! (pet fee is extra & must be included at time of booking) The space Our home is the perfect place to relax, fish, have fun with your traveling party AND YOUR PETS! (additional pets must be pre-approved and additional fee. Fully fenced-in yard. It's your home away from home with great views of the lake, huge fenced in yard and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Fishing, perfect sunsets & pool table & darts make this a great place to stay during your visit here to the Chicagoland area. There is a 1 mile path around the lake and 3 parks, a baseball field, a soccer field, basketball and even volley ball too! The Space When you walk in the front door you will be on the main floor: Main living room (huge entertainment center w/tv) Kitchen Dining room Laundry room Wash room Back porch and backyard Basement: There are about 12 stairs with a split landing (6 then turn and 6 more) with railings. The bedroom is right at the bottom of the stairs. 1 queen size bed, desk, TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. That bathroom has a second door so other guests can use the wash room without needing to go thru your bedroom. The basement also has a second living room with couches an entertainment center and the 2nd queen size bed is in there with a little curtain that could be drawn for some privacy. The bar/Pool Table room gives a nice separation between the 2 sleeping arrangements. There is a full bar, pool table, dart board, TV, card table also, a futon couch/bed The bar area doubles as kitchenette. There is a small sink, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, glasses, dishes, etc.. Please enjoy our home completely to yourselves! *The second floor is not included There are only 2 beds, therefore only really maximum of 2 adult couples. The other sleeping area's would be a small futon and a comfy couch (not a pullout) and an air mattress. So 4 adults and 2 children would be the maximum number of guests I would recommend for optimal comfort. Pets welcome! (2 max) Sorry but absolutely no parties allowed. Guests may visit until 9pm or you may be charged for an additional guest fee Guest access The house will be entirely to yourselves! You will have access to the entire 1st floor; living room (huge TV, premium cable package) & dining room, laundry room, powder room and a large fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking or baking needs. Please bring your own groceries and any other ingredients you may need but we usually have sugar, salt & pepper. The bedroom is located in the basement (which is like it's own apartment) with an en suite bathroom along with the billiard room, bar/kitchenette and another living room with the 2nd queen sized bed. We have some guests fishing poles and a tackle box in the 3 Season room for you to use. Nothing major so if you're an avid fisherman you probably want to bring your own stuff. What we have bass, catfish & some really big carp! This is still our personal home that we are happy to share with you but please be respectful and excuse our lived in areas... Please keep your number of any guests visiting you limited to 2 or 3, additional guest must leave at reasonable hours. Please no loitering in front of the house. We live on a cul-de-sac so for the comfort of all my neighbors please just use the backyard for smoking and so on.. We do have a ring doorbell and cameras around the perimeter of the house. We live on a cul-de-sac and a lake in a residential neighborhood. Please keep that in mind and keep outside noises to a minimum past 10pm. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard ONLY. The garbage cans are located on the side of the house and will be needed to taken to the curb on Tuesdays evenings, pick up is Wednesday morning around 7am-9am so please bring them back to the house once emptied. Fire pit is available however no wood is provided and please make sure fire is fully extinguished when you are thru. *The second floor & garage are not included* *Absolutely NO parties are allowed
