The house is the ideal place for holidays all year round as it’s equipped with a heating system for cold months and an air conditioning system for hot months, while the view to the south permits to enjoy the sun for the whole day. The apartment is situated 300 metres from the sand beach of Pozzallo, Ragusa province, it’s not far away from Syracuse, the ideal destination to effectuate cultural and naturalistic excursions to Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Syracuse and Catania, all south-eastern part of Sicily. The apartment is composed of two nearly identical apartments, the first apartment is on the first floor, the second one is on the second floor, both are with a view to the sea, large balconies, a good place to hear sea sounds or taste your meal outdoors! The house consists of a kitchen with an oven, an electrical water boiler, a toaster, an American coffee machine and all accessories necessary to cook comfortably, a satellite TV set, a leather sofa.
