First floor consists of living room,bathroom, dining area and kitchen with access to the outdoor dining area .Outdoor dinning area is covered and it has stone fire place,electric oven and own bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms.Both with A/C.One bedroom has access to sun terrace.Wireless internet and android full HD TV will make your stay more comfortable. The space House is located at the plateu of Lateso hill just above amazing Pucisca bay on the Island of Brac.It is situated on private parcel (3500 m2 large fully fenced with traditional Dalmatian stone wall and it is full of various plants and threes like olives,figs,almonds,cherry's etc.Two parking spaces provided inside).Elevation of the house and parcel is 105 m and it has great panoramic view to the sea and mountains.Sea is at 10-15 min walking distance or just couple of minutes by car.From house you can go more up to the hills for some nice hiking trails where you can enjoy in spectacular view and tranquillity of that area.On that hikes I like to watch wild birds and collect some aromatic herbs. Guest access House is rented fully furnished therefore bed linen, bathroom accessories and dishware are provided.Washing clothes can be arranged with property owner. Other things to note Pucisca is recognized by some touristic magazines as one of the 15 most beautiful small places.
