Before I can continue with the reservation, I must inform you that the policy of Villa Monsebo is very strict. I need you to read, understand, and agree to these rules: 1) You must leave a deposit of 1000€ in cash upon delivery of keys. 2) The energy cost is borne by the guest and the kW consumed will be deducted from the deposit at the stipulated price of 0.211883 by the Endesa electricity company. 3) The tourist supplement (eco-tax) of €2.20 per person per night is not included and will be deducted from the deposit. 4) Groups of young people or the celebration of events, private parties, bachelor parties or the like are not allowed. 5) Smoking inside the house is prohibited. 6) No pets are allowed, unless written authorization from Villa Owner. 7) By Covid-19 law, the property must send a list quickly, with the ID and date of birth of each guest who is staying. 8) The house is rented by the guest for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. Guests agree, unless written permission from the owner, not to exceed this number of people at any time. Failure to comply with any rules rules once hosted will cause immediate termination of the reservation and for the loss of the security deposit and the total amount of the rental.
