This 3-bedroom house sleeps 6 people and has 2 bathrooms. The large master bedroom with king bed, enjoys a walk-in robe, contemporary ensuite bathroom and a 55 inch Smart TV. NBN Wifi makes for excellent high-speed streaming and internet access. With its stunning feature wall, the main bathroom has a magnificent free-standing bath and separate shower. The living area includes a 60 inch Samsung Smart TV with separate CD/DVD/Blu-ray/USB player, Samsung Soundbar. There is an additional 40 inch SmartTV set in Bedroom 2. While everything you may need is in walking distance from the home, the automatic gate and carport allow for easy parking and a few under cover steps into the house. The fully fenced property is perfect for families with grassy areas on the front and sides of the house. A refreshing outdoor shower also makes washing beach sand off or cooling down in hot weather easy and convenient. The house has a solar hot water system, water tanks which store rainwater for toilet flushing and garden use, and ceiling fans and air conditioning in all rooms. Byron Bay supports waste recycling providing three coloured bins outside including a small organic food waste bin kept below the sink, all with instructions on the fridge.
