Less than 1 mile away from the boat ramp at Anchor Marine, and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Main St. Ample parking and a convenient location make the ideal spot for fisherman or anyone traveling with a trailer. The space Originally the home of the Day Basket Company, this converted factory features some great amenities. Open loft style living with lots of style and character elements. Living area is located on the second floor above the garage/workshop. Brand new (2023) central A/C in the main section with additional window units in the back section. There is a smart TV with a few basic channels. WiFi is available. The main section sleeps 6+ guests, and the back section 4+ guests for a total of 10-12. The main section includes 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath ( 5 beds, 2 couches, and 1 cot). The back section of the home includes 1 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms. You will be renting both sections and will have access to the entire living area. Children are permitted but the home is not exactly "child friendly". Well behaved dogs are allowed only with permission. Dog owners are expected to leave zero trace of their pets. I have a minimal cleaning fee, so guests are expected to leave the home relatively clean and tidy. Guest access Laundry room with washer & dryer. Workshop with plenty of storage.
