The property, which is all in one level, features a huge swimming pool (6,00 X 15,00 meters) and a fantastic terrace with sitting and dining out facilities, overlooking the open sea. The front door opens into a spacious, airy, open plan space where a lounge, a dining area, a modern kitchen and a guests” shower/wc are nicely fitted. An interior small wooden ladder is getting into a sitting room attic, where an extra guest can be accommodated. The most amazing in this space is the House Bar at the back of the living area.
