Apartment has two floors and is spacious. At the first floor is dinning room with table for 6 persons, separate kitchen, one double bedroom and bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room (with sleeping sofa bed), second bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Holiday house Villa Vrutki is located on the first floor in a quiet street of Opatija, and also very close to downtown, beaches, markets and other tourist locations. Our modern equipped apartment will provide you with comfort, relaxation and a pleasant feeling of home. Holiday house Villa Vrutki has two ettages, each with a double-room. It has a complete sea view from the terrace on thew second floor ( 10 square meters). At nights it is marvelous sitting on the terrace, overlooking the city, ocean, islands on the horizon. The apartment has 100 square meters. There are 2 bedrooms (double bed), large living room with flat TV with satellite (sofa bed), kitchen with separate dining area, two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with shower. The apartment is designed for staying 4 to 6 adults. There is all the equipment needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay: washing machine, electric and gas kettle, oven, refrigerator with freezer, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, additional bed (on request). The apartment is fully equipped with bedding, towels and dishes for eating and cooking. To the beach ( 7 min) you just walk through the Park Margarita and near by the Tennis court of Hotel Opatija (see position). Opatija, one of the most famous places on the Adriatic coast, offers year-round entertainment. Take a pleasant walk along the 12-km-long promenade "Lungo mare" and experience the Riviera in their full glory. Not to be forgotten there are night clubs and pubs, concerts on open air theater, sailing regattas, tennis and bridge tournaments, Thalasso center with saltwater pools and jacuzzi's, saunas and fitness equipment.
