Very bright three-room apartment with a view on the fifth floor of a building with a concierge in the Loreto, Pasteur, Rovereto, and NoLo area. The living area includes a large double living room with a dining area and a large open kitchen. The apartment enjoys a splendid view over the skyline of Milan. The sleeping area comprises two large bedrooms, both double with large wardrobes and a large bathroom with a double sink and large shower. Other things to note A deposit of € 500 is required to be paid before check-in by credit card or bank transfer; for stays longer than 120 days this amount will be € 1000. We provide our guests with a regular rental contract and for this procedure we need to have a copy of each guest's passport, details of their residential address and the Italian tax code of the person who will sign the contract. Rent registration has a cost equal to 1% of the total amount of the rent (without taking into account the amount of the expenses - condominium expenses, gas, electricity, internet) plus the revenue stamps, for a minimum of € 50.00 per contract. This cost must be paid prior to check in and varies depending on the length of stay. Gas and electricity consumption are included in the monthly price up to a maximum of € 70/month. You are required to pay for any consumption that exceeds this monthly value.
