The space "Casa Vacanze Bouganvillea - 1" is an independent dwelling. It has a living room with two beds, a bedroom with a double roof, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette. It has a terrace, equipped with chairs and a table, from which you can enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and a garden shaded by trees. It is also equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and other useful small and useful appliances. Other things to note The building where "Casa Bouganvillea" is located is one of the oldest in the village of Erchie. In modern times, the country's Post Office has hosted the country's Post Office for many years. In the '80s, it was radically renovated, however, respecting its style and the typical shape of the area. The architect Salvatore Ruocco, an esteemed professional and passionate connoisseur of local architecture and materials, took care of the project and execution. The building consists of three independent apartments, belonging to a single property. It is accessed from the municipal street (Via Oliveto) through a wrought-iron gate that leads to Casa Bouganvillea. Here, with easy stairs, finished in terracotta and Vietnamese ceramics (the famous green brush), you can reach discreet wrought-iron gates placed at the entrance of each apartment in order to delimit the common area from the private terraces of the individual apartments.
