The space The villa is divided on two floors, the accommodation on the first floor has a large balcony overlooking the river Magra Ligurian Sea and overlooking the Apuan Alps. The villa has a private prcheeggio and large garden. Guest access All areas included in the villa including the boat seat in front of the house. Please note that currently the boat seat is not available due to dredging work. Other things to note The large garden can be used by guests equipped with barbecue, relaxation area with hammock (soon to be equipped with external hydromassage). Heating 10€
